Marshall Hootie Managing Director Jon Ellery spoke about the event in a press release. “Sixty years on from the first amp built for the next generation of artists, Marshall Amplification are celebrating their diamond jubilee in style,” he says.
The Marshall Hootie – Loud At Sixty is a special part of the annual Hanwell Hootie, the largest free, one-day music festival in London.
Tickets are on sale for £15, with £5 from each ticket benefitting Youth Music. According to their website, “Our insights, influence and investment in grassroots organizations and to young people themselves means that more 0–25-year-olds can make, learn and earn in music.”
Organizers have yet to announce more special guests, so be on the lookout. The event will take place May 6 at Viaduct Meadow, Hanwell, in the United Kingdom. You can purchase tickets here.
